Illegal African Migrants Encountering Difficulties With Food, Hygiene

As millions continue to pour across President Joe Biden’s open borders, there are increasing culture clashes with the newcomers. More Africans are now entering the U.S., and they complain of language barriers and not being served appropriate food.

Last year saw an explosion in illegal migrants invading the nation from all over the globe. No longer do they mostly arrive from Mexico and Central America.

Now there are thousands of unvetted illegal migrants from Africa, Asia and the Middle East streaming across the border. A Tuesday in early December saw a staggering 12,000 new illegals enter the U.S. — the highest tally ever recorded. And there is no end in sight.

An official who worked with the African migrants recounted that some were saying the new arrivals did not take showers or use proper hygiene. He dismissed concerns due to the language barrier, claiming the migrants do not speak English or Spanish.

These are the languages normally spoken when dealing with illegal migrants.

The Africans are largely Muslim and therefore do not eat pork or other non-Halal food. This is creating further difficulties in dealing with the new arrivals.

Critics charge that permitting waves of unvetted illegal migrants into the U.S. is not only dangerous but is cultural suicide. Increasingly there are incidents where these arrivals reject the free food offered by American taxpayers and demand nourishment fitting to their culture.

Then, of course, there is the issue of violent crime. The shocking murder of nursing student Laken Riley on the University of Georgia campus last month opened many eyes to the dangers inherent with a total lack of border control.

As for the ever-increasing number of new arrivals from Africa, there is a remarkable strain on support services to supply their needs.

This is made more difficult by demands from the illegal migrants for handouts that align with their previous lives.

There was a time when assimilation into U.S. culture was the goal of those who migrated from far-flung locations across the globe. But that time passed.

Now illegal migrants arrive with the expectation of being catered to and the ability to reestablish the lifestyle they enjoyed in the place they fled. This is not assimilation into the new society.
