A woman became violent at a Chipotle in Washington, D.C., when her UberEats order was missing the meat and condiments she had requested. The incident escalated after she was told the refund had to come from UberEats, leading her to take matters into her own hands. The altercation, which was caught on camera, shows the woman throwing a burrito bowl in the face of employee Roberto Hernandez.
Hernandez explained that the woman entered the store demanding a refund for the missing ingredients in her meal. When she was informed that the store could not process the refund and that it would need to come from UberEats, the woman became agitated. She went behind the counter to serve herself new burrito bowls, which she felt entitled to since her original order was incomplete.
