Millions Of Dollars Pour Into Texas As Soros-Backed PAC Aims To Flip Key Seats

Texas Majority PAC, a political action committee supported by George Soros, is quietly funneling millions of dollars into Texas in a last-minute push to help Democrats win crucial races. Between July and September, the PAC spent over $5 million on voter outreach efforts, including canvassing and phone banking, according to campaign finance reports.

The PAC’s focus is largely on Senate nominee Colin Allred, who is working to unseat Republican Sen. Ted Cruz. Allred has significantly closed the gap in recent months, with Cruz now leading by only 3.6 points.

Texas Majority PAC is targeting majority-Hispanic counties like Hidalgo and Cameron, which have shifted toward Republicans in recent elections but are still seen as key to flipping the state.

Dallas County, another Democratic stronghold, received $1 million from the PAC to help with voter registration and turnout efforts. The county was instrumental in delivering a large number of votes for Democrats in 2020 and is expected to play a similar role in the upcoming election.

Republicans, however, are raising alarms over the influence of outside money, particularly from Soros-backed organizations. “Democrats are relying on big-money donors from out of state to change the political makeup of Texas,” warned a Cruz campaign representative. “We must ensure that Texans show up on Election Day to defend our values.”

As Texas becomes a key battleground, Texas Majority PAC’s financial efforts could have a significant impact on the results in November.
