Luna Alleges NBC Is Sitting On Evidence That Could Exonerate Oswald

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) is calling on NBC to turn over a tape that could raise serious questions about Lee Harvey Oswald’s role in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. According to Luna, the video was described to her by director Oliver Stone and allegedly shows Oswald in a position that would make him an unlikely shooter.

During an interview on Fox News, Luna explained that the House Oversight Committee will formally request the video, which has reportedly never been released. She said it was shown to Stone, who described it as a copy and believed it had major implications for the ongoing investigation into Kennedy’s death.

Luna said the network has guarded the footage for years, and she believes it rightfully belongs to the public. She called on NBC to stop hiding the tape and to make it available for independent review.

The announcement follows the Trump administration’s declassification of more than 60,000 pages related to the JFK assassination. Prior to that release, Trump signed an executive order directing Attorney General Pam Bondi and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard to lead the transparency initiative.

Among the files were records that confirmed the CIA had been tracking Oswald before the assassination took place. Luna said journalist Jefferson Morley had highlighted a CIA document suggesting that even the agency itself did not fully support the lone gunman theory.

Luna questioned how a nation that claims to value freedom can allow its intelligence agencies to keep secrets from the public for more than 60 years. She praised Trump and former CIA Director John Ratcliffe for pushing for the truth.

The Oversight Committee is scheduled to hold a hearing on April 1, with both Stone and Morley expected to provide testimony on what the files may reveal.
